BALLWIN, Mo.—Mary Catherine Colvin “Kate/Mary Kate” (nee Witherspoon), passed away, Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

She was the beloved wife of 65 years to the Randall Colvin, who preceded her in death; adored mother of Stevie Colvin and Michela (Dan) Walsh; devoted grandmother to Chris (Ali) Burnett, Rebecca (Ethan) Marose, Patrick Walsh and Ali Walsh; great-grandmother to Jade, Treah, Trinity and Audrey Catherine; sister of the late Dink and Sass; dear friend to Ruth E. Dunning.

Mary was a retired secretary for Ellisville United Methodist Church, former Gibson County Clerk, and member of the Order of Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge; Fond member of BRIDGES, Living Word UMC, a community volunteer and precious friend to many.

Funeral service at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Missouri on Saturday, at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Bethel Cemetery.
