Donald J Morris, died Monday July 14, 2014 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN.

He was born on July 7, 1935 in Oakland City to Harry & Arlene (Lorison) Morris.

Donald had worked Construction, at Whirlpool and Steel Mills in Gary, IN. Donald was a member of Greater Grace Apostolic Church in Oakland City.

He was proceeded in death by brothers, sisters and first wife Lalah Morris.

Surviving wife of 10 years Alberta Morris of Oakland City, IN; son: Don Meyer of Borden, IN; brothers: Teddy and Merle Morris of Oakland City, IN; sisters: Carol Sue Phillips of Oakland City, IN, Ruth Ann Hill of Huntingburg, IN; step-Daughter: Connie Sue Russell of Tell City, IN; step-Son: Daniel Russell of Woodbridge, Virginia

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday July 17, 2014 at Greater Grace Apostolic Church with burial in Montgomery Cemetery. Rev. Jason Clark officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until services at the Church. Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel is assisting family.
