Patrick Allen Carlisle 75 of Francisco, IN entered rest on Thursday November 27, 2014 at his home.

He was born on March 14, 1939 in Francisco, IN to Harley & Della (Russell)

Patrick was a member of SAL at Oakland City American Legion Post #256. He retired from Cement Finishers union in 1987 and after that was a self-employed contractor until retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Betty Joan (Chappell) Carlisle; Daughters: Patti (Ron) Johnson of Owensville, IN; Pamela (Brent) Mabrey of Ft. Branch, IN; Son: Perry (Paula) Carlisle of Oakland City, IN; Grandchildren: Janelle Wasson, Vanessa & Blake Johnson, Clint & Alec Taylor, Donald, Patrick, & Cheyanna Carlisle; Great-Grandchildren: Bralynn & Ellie Wasson, Zackary Carlisle Cameryn Carlisle; sisters: Norma Lundy of Cincinnati, Ohio, Irene Roberts of Connersville, IN; brothers: Marvin Carlisle of Spring Bay, IL, Clestal Carlisle of Sunnyland, IL.

Funeral services will be Tuesday Dec. 2, 2014 10:00 A.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Cup Creek Cemetery near Stendal, IN. Rev. Ron Marsh will be officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Monday and from 8:00 A.M until services Tuesday.
