Edna E. Hopper 84 of Oakland City entered rest Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014 at her home.

She was born July 29, 1930 in Oakland City to Edward & Mabel (Rainey) Simpson.

Edna was preceded in death by husband Kenneth Hopper in 2000.

She worked at Good Samaritan Nursing Home and done home cleaning.

She was also was member of Oakland City Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by sons, Mark A. (Kelly) Hopper of Oakland City, Kenneth W. Hopper of Galt, California, Timothy B. Hopper of Evansville; brother, Louis M. Simpson of Oakland City; grandchildren, Zac, Manda, Levi, James, Courtney and Abby; great-grandchild Kendrick.

Services will be Monday, Nov. 10,2014 at 6 p.m. at the Oakland City Church of The Nazarene with Rev. Darin D. Nossett officiating. Burial will be in Montgomery Cemetery at later date. Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel.
