Peggy S. Scales, 77, of Patoka, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014, at Good Samaritan Home in Oakland City, IN.

She was born March 29, 1937 in Princeton, IN to Harold & Martha (Pickett) Brewer. She loved telling stories to her grandchildren and family, knitting, gardening and playing the organ. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. 

She is survived by her husband Donald Scales, Sr.; her son, Donald (Becky) Scales, Jr.; 7 grandchildren: Kyle (Tara), Brian, Harley, Haley, Elysa, Austin & Cody and 2 great grandchildren Jazlyn & S.J.

She was preceded in death by her parents & 2 sisters. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Elder Bill Crocker officiating. Burial will be in the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.

Visitation will be from 11 AM until the service time on Wednesday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
