Glen E. Davis Sr, 80, formally of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Wednesday, Mar. 18, 2015 at Bethel Manor in Evansville, IN.  

He was born on Apr. 29, 1934 in Thorton Town, IN

Glen was retired from the Emge Meat Packing Co. after 38 years of service and had worked for Pinkerton Security for 10 years.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Glen is preceded in death by his parents Cloyd and Ernestine Broshears, a brother Chuck Davis, and a sister Doris Jean Kotek.

Glen is survived by his wife, Martha Ann (Ingram) Davis of Evansville, IN, a son, J.R. (Cindy) Davis of Oakland City, IN, a daughter, Cindi (Greg) Huett of Wadesville, IN, 4 grandchildren, Josh Davis, Valerie Miller, Summer Corbett, and Sara Huett Holman, and 3 great grandchildren, Sophie Scheller, Troy, and Noah Holzmeyer.

Services for Glen will be on Friday, Mar. 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, IN, Rev. Simon Leon will officiate, burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch, IN. 

Visitation will be on Friday, Mar. 20, 2015 from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.  Military graveside services will be conducted by the U.S Government, The Fort Branch VFW Post # 2714, and the Haubstadt American Legion Post # 194.
