David E. Bushard, 58, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Deaconess VNA Charlier Hospice Center.

He was born on September 21, 1956 in Angola, IN to Paul Bushard and Donna (Book) Bushard Thomas.

David graduated from Crook County High School in Oregon in 1974, he was Sheet Metal worker belonging to local 20. He was a member of the Elks Club in Pineville, OR.

He is survived by the love of his life Sherri (Wilson) Bushard; children, Amber (Bushard) Clem (Chris Bacchi) and Eric Paul Bushard (Katie); 2 grandchildren, Damen Clem and Dominic Bacchi; mother and step-father, Donna and Dave Thomas; siblings, Dianne Baird and DeWayne Bushard.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Bushard; grandchildren, Cane and Kelsey Clem and Stone Bacchi.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday April 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville with Bart Newton officiating. Entombment will be in Alexander Memorial Park at a later date.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
