Charlene B. Crumbacher, 98, passed away Saturday May 9, 2015 at Mount Vernon Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born on December 22, 1916 in Owensville to Charles and Marie (Beasley) Smith.

She was a homemaker and graduated from Owensville High School in the Class of 1935.

Surviving are a daughter, Betsy Boyle of Evansville; sons, Robert (Barbara) Crumbacher of Mount Vernon, Wendell (Dale) Crumbacher of New Harmony, 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her, parents; husband, Everett Lee in 2009; son, Charles; sisters, Rita Crabtree, Freida Adams, Darlene Leighly and Retta Hyneman; brother, Harry Smith

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville with Rev. Alan Shelby officiating.

Visitation will be from noon until the service time. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery near Owensville.
