Fredrick M. Fuhs,89,of Snake Run, IN passed away on May 1, 2015 at Transcendent Health Care in Owensville, IN.

Fredrick was born Jan. 25, 1926 in Snake Run to the late Andrew and Cecilia (Brahm) Fuhs.

He worked for Nunn Milling Co. for 31 years and was a Farmer. Fredrick was a member of St. Bernards Catholic Church in Snake Run and he received the Brute Award in 2012.

Fredrick is preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Victor Fuhs, Edward Fuhs, Rose Schemel, Veronica Otto and Helen Fuhs.

Surviving are his Wife of 59 years, Kathryn (Rexing) Fuhs of Snake Run, IN, children, Karen (Keith) Jennings of Owensville, IN., Robert (Jenny) Fuhs, David (Sarah) Fuhs, and Diana (Anthony) Cox all of Fort Branch, IN., Sister, Mary Louise Reinhart of Princeton, IN., and 11 grandchildren, Kyle Jennings, Kurt(Mallory) Jennings and Katelyn Jennings, Jordan Fuhs, Lauren Fuhs, Madison Fuhs, Erica Fuhs, Ashley Fuhs, and Alissa Fuhs, Audra Cox and Jared Cox. Fredricks first Great Grandson is due in August 2015.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Bernards Catholic Church with Father Tony Ernst and Father Sudhakar Bhastati officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch IN and again at the funeral home from 9:00 am to 9:45 am. Also a Rosary at 7:30 pm that evening at the funeral home.
