Patrick J. Schaefer, 53 passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at his home. 

He was born March 24, 1962 in Evansville.

He attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Haubstadt.  He attended St. Francis Seminary in Cincinnati, OH.    He served in the United States Air Force.  He enjoyed landscaping, fishing, hunting and playing cards.  Patrick always had a smile on his face.  He was generous to all he met and always wanted to please.  Spending time with family was very important to him.

He is survived by his children; Ariel Schaefer and Zachary Schaefer.  Parents, Shirley Schaefer and Robert Schaefer.  4 sisters; Brenda Jost (Jim), Rosanna Evans (David), Janie Solomon and Bobbie Debes (Tom).  6 brothers; Frank (Laura), John, Mark (Darlene), Daniel, Peter (Brandie) and Adam (Stephanie). 3 aunts and 2 uncles.  30 nieces and nephews and 20 great-nieces and nephews.  

A Mass of Christian of burial will be 10:00 AM Monday, June 15 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Haubstadt with burial following in Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton with military rites.
