Richard L. Bailey 70 of Winslow, IN entered rest on Monday Oct.26, 2015
at his home.

He was born on March 2, 1945 in Oakland City to Hershel & Virginia (Ross) Bailey.

Richard graduated from Spurgeon High School in 1963.Richard had worked at Alcoa Aluminum in Warrick County for 38 years as an electrician. He was a ham radio operator for several years, and a member of Appalachian Trail Club.

He is survived by wife of 50 years: Diana Bailey; Daughter: Melissa (Scott) Koger of Coe, IN; Son: Cary (Cathy) Bailey of Petersburg, IN ;Grandchildren: Michael Bailey, Laci Smith and Zachary Young; Great Grandchildren: Paige, Paiton and Reece;Sister: Janice Bailey of Evansville, IN.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. (Pike County Time) Friday October 30, 2015 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Spurgeon Cemetery. Rev. Darrell Hillhouse and Rev. Frank Coleman will be officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00-8:30 P.M (Pike County Time) at the Chapel and from 9:00 A.M. until services on Friday.
