Father: Maurice Woolsey of Winslow, IN
Sister: Lisa Benton of Evansville, IN.
Granddaughter: Evelyn Grace Williams 

Graveside Services will be 3:30 P.M. (Oakland City Time) Sunday Oct.11, 2015 at Montgomery Cemetery in Oakland City. Rev. Bob Borden will be officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 P.M. Sunday (Oakland City Time) at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City.
