Kathy Regina Fox, 64, of Indianapolis, went to a better place Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, at her home.

Kathy was born April 5, 1951, in Oakland City, to William “Bud” and Colene (Slusher) Sullivan.

Kathy was a wonderful cook and homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She especially loved to prepare meals for her family and doing anything she could to help others. Kathy was a very kind, considerate, thoughtful, and loving person. “Kathy was the most beautiful person I have ever known” (from sister Paula).

She graduated from Wood Memorial High School in 1969. She was employed by Indiana University Health Services in Indianapolis.

She was proceeded in death by her father, William “Bud” Sullivan.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Tom Fox; daughter, Heather Baldwin; son-in-law, Kevin Baldwin; mother, Colene (Slusher) Sullivan; sisters, Paula Riley, Jammie Siebe; brother, Tony Sullivan; sister-in-law, Sheri (France) Sullivan; brother-in-law, B.J. Siebe; grandchildren, Patrick McGrath, Madison McGrath, Liam Baldwin; nieces, Amber (Sullivan) Bartley, Andrea Hopkins, Paige Riley; nephews, Chad Sullivan, Bret Siebe, Jordan Siebe, Brady Siebe, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Kathy’s life will be held Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Oakland City Community Center at Wirth Park.
