Stanford H Hyslop, 88, formerly of Princeton, passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Stanford was born May 17, 1927 in Francisco, to Orb and Hazel Hyslop.

He was a graduate of Francisco High School, Butler University and Indiana University School of Dentistry. He proudly served in the Army Air Corps 1945-1946.

He was a dedicated dentist in Princeton, from 1953-1989. He was a member of The First District Dental Society and a longtime member of the United Methodist Church. Stan was a very kind and giving man, and was loved by all.

His love was his family and friends, IU sports, boating at Kentucky Lake and Lake Monroe, quail hunting, woodworking and his many faithful furry companions.

Stanford is survived by wife of 63 years, Nancy Deutsch; son Kent (Debbie), Portage, Michigan; daughters Kay (Tim) Thomsen, Bonney Lake, Washington; Annie (Randy) Bohman, Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren; Michael (Mandy) Hyslop, Chloe and Bailey Thomsen, Cameron, Austin, and Haley Bohman and great granddaughter Lily Mae Hyslop.

Stanford was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Don.

A family memorial and celebration of Stan’s life will be held in Florida in December.
