Harold Dean Hughes 56 of Oakland City entered rest on Monday Feb.1,2016
at Gibson General Hospital. 

He was born on November 20,1959 in Mt. Carmel, IL 

Harold was preceded in death by Mother and Step-Father, Nancy (Paul) Ruggles
in 2002 and 2010 and Wife Selicia “Lisa” Hughes in 2003.

Harold graduated from Pike Central High School in 1978. He had worked at Windsor Plastics, Kimball and currently at Bridon American Corporation in Oakland City. Also was a member of Oakland City Fraternal Order of Eagles 4288.

Survived by Son: Aaron Hughes of Princeton, IN, Daughter: Destiney Hughes of Oakland City and Step Daughter: Mariah Adams of New Albany, IN, Father and Step Mother: Harold H. (Shirley) Hughes of Keensburg, IL, Sister: Serena (Jeff) Gray of Oakland City, IN Brother: Eddie (Melissa)Hughes of Francisco, IN
Step-Sisters: Angelina Pechota of Adrian, MI, Patricia Baxley of t. Francisville, IL and Tammy Pargin of Noble, IL (8) Nieces and Nephews and 7 Great Nieces and Nephews 

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday February 6,2016 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with Rev. Alec Hensley will be officiating. Burial will take place in Montgomery Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Saturday at the chapel.
