Louise Morrison, 79, of Princeton, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

She was born March 30, 1937 in Princeton, Indiana to Marshall and Dollie (Morgan) Jones.

She had worked as a church secretary. She was the organist and pianist at several churches, a pastor’s wife, and a Sunday school teacher. She returned to the Princeton area from Lexington, Kentucky in 2002. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Princeton.

She is survived by her sons, Mark Allan Morrison & David Scott (Monica) Morrison; grandchildren, Miles, Preston, & Rachel Morrison and Derek Wells; sister-in-law, Sue Nelson; and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pastor Orbin C. “Buddy” Morrison in 1999; 2 sisters; and 4 brothers.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Jim Saunders officiating. Burial will be in the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
