Kevin Dale Leffler, 45 passed away Friday, April 29 at this home.
He was born Nov.
14, 1970 in Princeton to Dale and Mary Jane (McDaniel) Leffler.
Kevin graduated
from Wood Memorial High School and attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute.
He worked on the farm with his dad taking care of the livestock and had worked
for Menards in Terre Haute and Marion, IL. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
He is survived
by his father and step-mother, Dale and Sue Leffler
of Oakland City; sister Kim (Matt) Barker of Evansville; grandmother, Carmen Leffler of Oakland City; step-grandparents, Jim and Dessie
Sherman of Princeton; step-brothers, Dave Hale of Vincennes and Chris Hale of
Francisco; step-sisters, Kimmi (John) Perry of
Princeton and Tina Hutchinson of Francisco; several aunt,
uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded
in death by his mother Mary Jane Leffler, and
grandparents, Jesse Leffler, Verner and Jean
McDaniel.
Funeral services
will be 3 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Corn Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland
City, with Rev. Alec Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery
Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12 until 3 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
