Nina L. Mason, 79, formerly of Oakland City, Indiana passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at The Waters of Princeton.

She was born September 18, 1936 in Buckskin, IN to Herman and Gladys (Butcher) Moore.

She had worked at T.J. Maxx and Midwest Rubber.

She is survived by her children, Dale Epley of Winslow, Terry Burns of Jellico, TN, Mary Sprinkle of Oakland City, Tina Stephens of Evansville, Herman “Bud” Schnelle of Evansville and Robert “Bob” Schnelle of Shiloh, IL; 25 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Joyce Nelson of Evansville and Laura Warren of Elberfeld; and 2 brothers, Bill Moore of Winslow and Eddie Moore of Southgate, MI.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elza Mason in 1998; 2 siblings, Newby Moore and Lois Sunderland; grandsons, Duane Schnelle and Joseph DeWeese; great grandsons, Dakota Schnelle, Duane Schnelle and Liam Baker.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7 PM (CDT) on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City, with Tamara Recob officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Barnett Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
