Norma Greer Jackson, 55, of Oklahoma City, OK formerly of Princeton, passed away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016 at the Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City.

She was born in Princeton March 3, 1961 to Norman and Doris (Laster) Greer.

She had lived in Oklahoma City since 1984 moving there from Princeton. She was a member of the Wayman Chapel AME Church in Lyles Station. She was a member of the 1976 Princeton Community High School State Champion Marching Band where she played the clarinet. She graduated from P.C.H. S. in 1979, went on to receive her Registered Nurse Degree, working for the Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City. She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers.

She is survived by 4 children, Aaron Molake, Jamal Molake, Rasheed Molake and Makayla Jackson, all of Oklahoma City; parents, Norman and Doris Greer of Princeton, 6 sisters, Priscilla (Clarence) Richardson of Springfield, OH, Connie Johnson of Evansville, Denise (John) Jamerson of Princeton, Teresa Greer-Nebe of St. Louis, MO, Paula Greer of Princeton and Holly Greer of Terre Haute: 1 brother, Clint Greer of Ft. Branch. She was expecting a grandchild in December.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Jackson in 2006.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Rev. John Jamerson officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery at Lyles Station. Visitation will be from 12 until 2 p.m. Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
