William H. Bohner, 101, passed away Monday, Oct. 31, 2016 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton.

He was born March 26, 1915 in Sandoval, IL to the late Fred and Effie (Belcher) Bohner.

Bill retired from Ashland Oil as a gauger after many years of employment. His main hobby was gardening even after becoming a resident at River Oaks he could be found out grooming the grounds.

Survivors include his two daughters, Ann (Don) Davison of Sacramento, CA Carolyn Loveless of Princeton; four grandchildren, Nicole (Monte) Bohannon, Tyler (Liz) Loveless, Suzanne (Chad) Bartlett and Scott (Honey) Bruce; 4 great-grandchildren, Bailey Bartlett, Ryder Loveless, Braylon Bohannon, Malcolm Bruce.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park at Centralia, IL. Holders Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
