She was born in Princeton on December 26, 1919 to Stancil and Bessie (Spore) Williams.

They ran the Francisco Feed Store from 1940 to 1950 traveling to Ft. Worth, Texas to bring back cattle to sell. From 1956 to 1963, they owned and operated the Francisco Red and White grocery store. Beulah received her cosmetology degree and opened Beulah’s Beauty Shop in the 1960’s through the mid 1970’s. She loved sharing stories of her childhood with her sisters, camping with Bob and friends, day trips with the ladies, good times together with her family and being a kid with her grandkids. Beulah was an active member of the Francisco United Methodist Church for many years and recently attended Bethel Memorial Church with her children.
