Thomas D. Bryant, 82, of Patoka, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at River Oaks Health Campus in Princeton.

He was born on March 8, 1934 in Patoka, IN, to Loren and Mary Gladys (Duncan) Bryant.

He had worked at Potter & Brumfield, been a bus driver for the North Gibson School Corporation for over 35 years (buses #8 & #15), was in the farming industry and served in the US Army. He was a 50+ year member of both Columbia Lodge #450 and Patoka Chapter #281 Order of Eastern Star, he coached basketball at the Princeton Boys Club, was a member of Patoka United Methodist Church and the State Champion American Legion team. Tom loved fishing with his grandchildren and also enjoyed wood working.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Diane (Thorne) Bryant of Patoka; 2 daughters, Debra Bryant of Patoka, IN and Rebecca (James) Little of Patoka, IN; grandchildren:  Ava and Ethan Little.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dudley Bryant.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Rev. Greg Davis.  Burial will be at the Decker Cemetery in Patoka, IN.  Military rites will be provided by Retired Military Veterans. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Monday at the Colvin Funeral Home with a Masonic Memorial Service at 7 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the service hour.
