Mary Lois (Hill) Burns, 92, of Francisco, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Hamilton Pointe in Newburgh, IN.

She was born on July 24, 1924 in Gibson County, IN to Wilbur and Lula (Ice) Hill.

She retired from Potter & Brumfield. She was a member of the Francisco United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Edward “Stick” and Heather Burns of Oakland City; granddaughter, Jocelyn (Burns) and Donald Burns of Evansville; grandson, Dr. Jordan M. Burns of Bloomington; great grandchildren, Gabriel and Evan Burns; brother, Bob Hill (Marge) of Princeton; sisters, Phyllis Brittingham of Wheeling and Sue Robb (Gilbert) of Francisco; and special friends, Darlene Fritz and Ethel Conley.

A special thanks is given to all the staff at Hamilton Pointe who cared for Mary during her time there.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward G. Burns in 2008; and a brother, William “Bill” Hill.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Rev. Rick Lance.  Burial will be in the Francisco Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9 until 11am on Saturday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
