Jamey C. Lindy, 43 of Mt. Olympus, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

He was born January 28, 1974 in Princeton, to Roy and Norma (Nobles) Lindy.

Jamey was a surveyor working for Ragle Construction. He had lived in Mt. Olympus all of his life and enjoyed gardening. He graduated from P.C.H.S. in 1992. He was a member of the Columbia Masonic Lodge #450 in Patoka and received his 32nd degree.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy Lindy of Mt Olympus to whom he married June 6, 2008; parents, Roy and Norma Lindy of Mt Olympus; 2 daughters, Hannah Lindy at home and Janessa Tipton of Ft. Branch; 2 sisters, Monica Hurst of Claxton, GA, and Vicki Brown of Evansville.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday Mar. 24, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral home in Princeton, with Pastor Sam Polito officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mt Olympus. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time on Friday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
