Patricia A. “Pat” Dietsch, 78, of Princeton, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at her home in Princeton.

She was born December 24, 1938 to Gilbert and Teresa (Ellsperman) Schwartz, both deceased.

She was married to Virgil Dietsch from 1967 until 1974 when he passed away.

She was a nurse and worked at St. Mary’s and Wirth Hospitals, Alcoa and several nursing homes. She was a member of the Civil Air Patrol and Jay-Ceettes of Louisville. She is survived by her children, Beth Besing (Kevin) of Princeton and Mike Dietsch (Jennifer) of the Washington DC area; 6 grandchildren, Katie Queen (John), Kristal Franklin (Jake), Andrew and Jake Besing, Mirabelle and Julian Dietsch; 5 great grandchildren, Ethan, Connor, Ellie, Mya and Axel; sister, Carolyn Vollmer (Bob) of Evansville; brothers-in-law, Fr. Bill Dietsch and Kenny Dietsch; and sisters-in-law, Judy Gorman and Bernie Dietsch.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Father Bill Dietsch. Visitation will be from noon until service time on Friday at the Colvin Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be at 9 AM on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the St. Joseph Cemetery, 2500 Mesker Park Drive, Evansville, IN 47720.
