Alan K. House, 83, of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born on June 25, 1933 in Princeton to the late Dr. William M. and Marietta (Hartin) House. He retired from CSX Railroad. He was a U.S. Airforce veteran serving in Korea. He was also a member of the local model train RR club. He was a member of the Patoka United Methodist Church. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Tracy Lynn (Rick) Seibert and Beth Ann (Brad) Simms; 3 grandchildren, Kyle DeBord, Caleb White and Shana Lynn Carnahan; 10 great grandchildren, Carter and Elliott DeBord, Justin, Cortney, Mason and Kelsey White, Kaylie, Gracie, Knox and Oakley Carnahan; and his companion dog, Wendy. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Janet House in 2005. No services. There will be a private burial at a later date. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with arrangements.
