Geneva Faye Weyer 75, of Francisco, IN, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital located in Newburgh, IN.

She was born on Wednesday, October 22, 1941 In Francisco, IN to Alfred and Laverne (White) Helsley, both of whom precede.

Geneva is a graduate of Francisco High School, as well as a lifelong area resident, and was a teacher and the former owner operator of Genny’s Country Kitchen restaurant in Oakland City, IN. She loved bird watching and growing flowers.

Geneva is survived by 1 son, David (Debi) Weyer of Francisco and 1 daughter, Teresa (Jim) Hinton also of Francisco. Other survivors include 1 brother Jerry (Mara) Helsley of Francisco and very special granddaughter Kaitlen Hinton also of Francisco.

The family has entrusted Doyle Funeral Home of Princeton with arrangements.
Funeral services will be at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Doyle Funeral Home located at 520 S. Main St., Princeton, IN 47670 with Pastor Alex Benefiel officiating. Internment will take place at Providence Cemetery located south of Francisco.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
