Scott D. Eubanks, 62 passed away Friday, Sept. 1, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

He was born Feb. 26, 1955 in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO to William “Bill” and Julia (Dyer) Eubanks.

They had recently moved to Evansville but he had lived in Princeton most of his life. He was a 1973 graduate of P.C.H.S. where he was a four year letterman on the football team. He retired from Duke Energy in 2012, after 35 years, where he worked as an electrician. Scott was a Past State President of the Indiana Jaycees and was a Past National Vice President of the National Jaycees organization.  He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge, Hadi Shrine and the Moose Lodge.

Scott is survived by his wife, Kristy Eubanks; mother, Julia Eubanks of Evansville; daughter, Andrea Rodgers (Kelly) of Ft. Branch; step-son, Hugh Beath (fiancé Nicole) of Washington; brother, Billy Eubanks (Karen) of Princeton; 2 sisters, Teresa Schutter (Jack) of Terre Haute and Gayla Dick of Evansville; 8 grandchildren; Kyle, Dylan, Michelle, Arabella, Tatum, Trevaun, Landyn and Olivia; a niece and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother-in-law Joe Dick.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Saturday Sept. 2, 2017 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Brad Keenan officiating. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. on Saturday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
