Rick D. Reneer, 56, of Princeton, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital-Midtown in Evansville.

He was born on December 13, 1961 in Oakland City, IN to Jerry and Wanda (Mann) Reneer.

He was currently employed by Vectren since 2009. Prior to that, he worked for Hurst Manufacturing in Princeton. Rick was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Princeton, where he was very active with the bus ministry. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie#361. He loved to ride his motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife, Shea Reneer of Princeton; parents, Jerry and Wanda Reneer of Princeton; 2 sons, Brock Reneer and Beau Reneer; 2 brothers, Dewayne Reneer (Sherri) of Henderson, KY and Jeff Reneer of Princeton; and 4 nieces and 1 nephew.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronald “Red” and Lucille Reneer and Nellie Whited; his father-in-law, Noel Loftin; and his mother-in-law, Lynda Banet.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018 at First General Baptist Church, 2101 East Broadway St., Princeton, IN 47670, officiated by Pastor Brad Keenan and Pastor Steve Akins. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 3 until 8 p.m. Friday at Colvin Funeral Home, 425 North Main St., Princeton, IN 47670 and from 10 until 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
