Bonnie Rose McBroom, 89, of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Linda White Hospice House in Evansville.

She was born October 6, 1928 in Parma, MO to W.J. and Jessie (Crosser) McIntosh.

She lived in Princeton since 1950, coming from Dexter, MO.

She was member of the Hillside United Methodist Church in Princeton, where she sang in the church choir for over 60 years. She was an avid reader and a very good southern cook. She also enjoyed raising flowers and having breakfast with her friends in a group they called “the breakfast club”.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Debbie Kays (Donald) of Princeton and Judy McNeece (Stan) of Mt. Olympus; 4 grandchildren, Heather Lippe (Ben) of Mt. Vernon, IN, Nathan McNeece of Evansville, Christopher Kays (Lisa) of Chicago, IL and Summer Watt (Jason) of Princeton; 7 great grandchildren, Kaden McKannan, Colton Lippe, Grant Lippe, Hannah McNeece, Reese McKannan, Brock McNeece and Jaxon Watt; 2 step-great grandchildren, Ashton and Trevor Watt; and a sister, Ramona Whitaker of Kansas City, MO.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Harold McBroom in 2009; infant daughter, Donna Faye McBroom; sisters, Betty Frederick and Margie Gibbs; and an infant brother, Martin Charles McIntosh.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN, officiated by Rev. Brian Cook. Burial will follow in the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday evening at Colvin Funeral Home.
