Elsie L. Morse, 82, of Evansville and formerly of Princeton, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at The Protestant Home in Evansville, Indiana.

She was born June 18, 1935 in Princeton, IN to Edward and Blanch (Nolcox) Jones.

She resided most of her life in Princeton before moving to Evansville.

Elsie played the piano at Wayman Chapel A.M.E. church at Lyle Station for several years before moving to Evansville. She enjoyed being around her children and grandchildren, She worked at Hansen Manufacturing for several years, as well as for the Princeton Public Library, Tower Heights Church of God and GCARC (Arc of Gibson County). She also volunteered to help at the Lyles Station School when she could.

Survivors include her daughters Cheryl (Jonathan) Walden of Princeton and Angela Kimbrew of Evansville; four grandchildren, Kent Walden of Princeton, Andrea Smalling of Muncie, Kendra and Kayla Kimbrew of Evansville; five great grandchildren, Trenton, Trevor, Jade, Kyler and Mila. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Murray Kenneth Goins, and Willie Morse, son, Edward Goins and brother, Delbert Jones.

Funeral service will be at 12 noon Monday, February19, 2018 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN, officiated by Rev. Connie Baltzell. Burial will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery near Princeton. Visitation will be from 10 until service time Monday at the funeral home.
