Samuel F. Braselton, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with John R. Braselton, who on the 22nd day of March 1870, executed a deed of conveyance to James S. Hanks for lot No. 21 in Embree’s Enl. To the Town of Princeton in Gibson County Indiana, and he positively knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said John R. Braselton was an unmarried man. Signed, Samuel F. Braselton. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 11th day of January 1924 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
