(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

On the 21st day of September, 1892 the Princeton Land Company, by its President Thomas R. Paxton, conveyed Lot number 164 in Southside Addition to the city of Princeton, Indiana to Mulford & Cox. This was a firm engaged in the Hardware business composed of 2 persons, namely, George T. Mulford and John A. Cox.
