Samuel A. Stewart, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Catharine Daugherty who on the 5th day of May 1869 executed a deed of conveyance to Richard I. Coleman for Lot # 84 in Bingham's Enlargement to the Town of Patoka, in Gibson County Indiana, and he knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance, the said Catharine Daugherty was an unmarried woman.
