I, A. F. Strain, being duly sworn according to law do hereby make oath that I am a grandson of Polly Strain, deceased, that I know from family history and records that her heirs and only heirs at law on April 26, 1854 and on May 29, 1855, were Thomas M., Andrew, Syna, Jane, and Ellen Strain. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 24th day of September, 1895 signed J. F. Madden, Notary Public
