(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

Warrick Yeager, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with George B. Arnold, who on the 14th day of September 1876 executed a deed of conveyance to Harvey H. Richardson ...in Gibson County Indiana, and he knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said George B. Arnold was a widower and had no living wife to join with him in said conveyance. Affiant further says that he was personally acquainted with Harvey H. Richardson and he positively knows that said  Harvey H. Richardson departed this life, in testate, prior to the 3rd day of June 1907, leaving him no widow, but left him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, his seven children, namely Emery J. Richardson, Charles W. Richardson, Edgar Richardson, Mollie Clark, the wife of George Clark, Florence Miller, the wife of William C. Miller, Allie Harper, the wife of John Q. A. Harper and Della Bugg, a widow. Signed Warrick Yeager. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 22nd day of January, 1927 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
