Cora B. Embree, being first duly sworn on her oath deposes and says, that she was personally acquainted with Amelia Hall Hudson, who on the 14th day of June 1919 ... executed a deed of conveyance to Emma M. Ziliak for part of Lot No. 19 in Original plan of Town of Princeton...and she positively knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said Amelia Hall Hudson was a widow and had no living husband.
