Fred Antell, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he is the surviving husband of Louisa J. Antell, deceased, formerly Louisa J. Garrett, the widow of Henry Garrett, deceased, and he positively knows that said Louisa J. Antell departed this life, in testate, on the 21st day of Sept. 1924, leaving her surviving as her heirs and only heirs at law, Fred Antell (this affiant) her second childless husband and her four children, born of her former husband Henry Garrett, deceased, namely; Clarence E.
