In the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County Indiana, November term 1907

          Probate Order Book 19 page 239. Levin W. Gudgel, administrator of the estate of Louisa Whiting...shows to the court by his sworn statement in writing, that said Louisa Whiting died, in testate, owning real-estate in said county, and left surviving her husband Charles C. Whiting and her two daughters Jessie C. Meade, the wife of John F. Meade and Sarah Whiting Scull, the wife of Charles S. Scull, and her granddaughter Luella Ray Hussey, who is the only child of her deceased daughter Ella Hussey as her heirs and only heirs at law
