of I, John Hargrove, recorder for Gibson County, State of Indiana do certify
that according to the receipts of the commissioner for the sale of the Seminary
Township in said county now on file and of record in my office James Smith has made full payment
for the West ½ of the north west quarter of section 33 of the Seminary Township
