Alfred M. Johnson, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Andrew Simpson, who in life and at the time of his death was the owner of land in SE ¼ of Section 8, Town 3 south, range 12 west in Gibson County Indiana, and he knows that said Andrew Simpson departed this life intestate on or about the 4th day of September, 1893 leaving him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, his widow, Maggie Simpson and his three children namely;. George R. Simpson, Lawrence O. Simpson and Effie Dyre the wife of Joel M. Dyre. Signed, Alfred M. Johnson. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 8th day of January 1924 signed Charles W.
