Alfred M. Johnson, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Polly J. Simpson and Ettie H. Simpson, daughters of Andrew J. Simpson, deceased, and was personally acquainted with Polly J. Garrett and Ettie H. Johnson, who on the 11th day of September, 1894, executed a deed of conveyance to J. L. Short for part of the south ½ of Section 6, T3 south, range 12 west in Gibson County Indiana, and he knows that the said Polly J. Simpson and the said Polly J. Garrett were one and the same person, and the said Ettie H. Simpson and the said Ettie H. Johnson were one and the same person. Signed, Alfred M. Johnson.
