G. M. Braselton, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Minnie A. Montgomery who in life and at the time of her death was the owner of lots in Baldwin Heights, in Gibson County Indiana...and he positively knows that said Minnie A. Montgomery, departed this life, in testate, in the month of April 1920, leaving her surviving as her heirs and only heirs at law, her husband, Lorenzo Montgomery, and her son Leroy Montgomery.
