Oliver Kolb, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with William Jessop who on the 30th day of September, 1880, executed a deed of conveyance to Lewis Kolb and he positively knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said William Jessop was a widower and had no living wife to join him in said conveyance. Signed Oliver Kolb. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 21st day of January 1924 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public.
