(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

Clyde McGary, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Geo. W. Schull who in life and at the time of his death was the owner of real-estate in Fort Branch, Indiana          ... and he positively knows that said Geo. W. Schull departed this life, in testate, prior to the 5th day of November 1919, and left him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, Minerva Schull, his widow, and his children, namely; John Schull, Burt O. Schull, Addie Lowe the wife of Austin H. Lowe, Nellie Lowe the wife of Alvis Lowe, Zella Blessing the widow of Milton C. Blessing, deceased, and Lola Schull  Signed Clyde McGary      Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 14th day of October 1925 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
