Harry C. Morrison, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Marinda Thompson, who on the 19th day of November 1904 executed a deed of conveyance to George W. Thompson...in Gibson County Indiana, and he positively knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said Marinda Thompson was a widow and had no living husband to join with her in said conveyance.
