Catherine Tally & Granville Tally Bond




We Catharine Tally and Granville Tally are bound unto the State of Indiana in the sume of One hundred dollars for the payment of which we bind ourselves, jointly and severley, firmly by these presents. Sealed and dated this 2nd day of June 1886. If the above bound ___ will faithfully discharge his duties as guardian of the person and property of John Henry Vaughn minor heir of William Vaugh deceased, then the above obligation is to be void, else remain in force.

I John I. Smith Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of said county, certify that Catherine Tally of said county, has been appointed guardian of the preson and property of John Henry Vaughn minor heir of William Vaughn late of said county, deceased, and has qualified as such.
