Wilma Conder DeanWilma Conder Dean, 79, Indianapolis, died Friday, Feb. 12, at her residence. Born Feb. 18, 1939, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Roscoe and Edna (Calvert) Conder. She was a sales associate for Target for 15 years, retiring approximately 12 years ago. She was a member of the Bluff Ave. Baptist Church. - - Survivors include one son, Wilbur E. Dean of Indianapolis; one daughter, Regina L. Phillips of Indianapolis; one brother, Wilbur A. Conder of Mooresville; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Elmo Dean, 1996. Services were 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre, St. Rd. 135 Chapel.
