Lorene V. Dubois

Lorene V. Dubois, 74, Patricksburg, died Friday, Nov. 11, at Clay County Hospital.

Born Dec. 11, 1919, in Owen County, she was the daughter of Ismel and Mary Alice (Staley) White.

She was a homemaker and member of the Vandelia Methodist Church. She was a member of the Progressive Homemakers Club, Owen County Art Guild and Friendship Club.

Survivors include her husband, Ernest Dubois; two sons, Dale DuBois of Poland and Jack Dubois of Phoenix, Ariz.; one daughter, June Query of Bloomfield; one brother, Richard White of Brazil; three sisters, Betty Sebastian of Peru, Grace Leohr of Brazil and Louis Kelley of Coal City, 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services were 1:30 pm. Monday, Nov 14, at West & Parrish & pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer with the Rev. Louis Crouch officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Spencer. 17 Oct. 1994 Bloomfield News.
