Anna Lee Freeman, 90, Bedford, died Friday, March 24, at Westview Manor Nursing Home in Bedford

Born May 2, 1904 in Linton, she was the daughter of Charles and Julia (French) Meurer.

She taught school in the Greene COunty schools. She was a member of the First United Mehodist Church of Bedford and was a member at one time of the Redman Lodge.

Surviviors include two sons: William Lee Freema of Madison and Norman Keith Freeman of HOuston, Texas; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two noeices and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Freeman, 1971' one son, W. Kenneth Freeman; one sister and six brothers.

Services were 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford. Burial was t Greene Hill Cemetery.
